Shipping & Returns

Shipping:  
It is our goal to only charge actual shipping cost.  To cover envelopes, mailing labels, and a trip to the Post Office, our shipping fee's start at $2.00 and go up from there.  Below is a breakdown of our shipping fee's:

Please Note: Although it is a slight inconvenience, you may find it beneficial ($$$) to do multiple check-outs to save on shipping.  Example: You want to purchase two items that are $9.99 each.  Your total would be $18.98 and shipping would be $5.55... BUT... if you go through check-out separately for each item, you will only pay $1.00 shipping per item (for a total of $2.00 shipping - for a savings of $3.55).  

Most items ship the day after payment is received (excluding weekends & Holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email that we received your payment.  This confirmation email will also include your expected ship date. If you do not receive an email confirmations from us within 48 hours of payment sent (keep in mind, we are closed weekends and holidays), please contact us.

Our main methods of shipping are through the United States Postal Service (USPS) & FedEX. Some items ship with a Delivery Confirmation Number (USPS) and some will have a Tracking Number (FedEX). Please note: not all items will have confirmation or tracking number. If a Delivery Confirmation Number or Tracking Number is available, you'll receive notice of it in your confirmation email.



Returns: No returns or exchanges will be excepted without preauthorization. Please contact us to get return authorization approval - in most cases, it's as simple as an email.
